Staff Compensation and Benefit
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

    Prepare employee compensation report include incentive
    Prepare employee medical insurance report
    Prepare employee annual leave report

Requirements:

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
    At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Compensation & Benefits or equivalent.
    Able to operate MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
    Able to process data, database skill
    Detail oriented, acurated, good in numeric skill and entry data
