Responsibilities

    Through operational of dispatch center for concrete truckmixer in a timely fashion to ensure the targeted service level and cost, satisfy both external & internal customer by delivering the best service with cost efficiency.
    Receives documents complete and accurate order information from customer then proceed accordingly, in order to maximize service while minimizing non-productive time of equipment and personnel.

Requirements

    Education :
        Preferably, S1 Degree Engineering, Economic or Graduate for Diploma, senior high school with experience in ready mix.
    Experience :
        Minimum 1-2 years in ready mix concrete, aggregate and building product industry
        Minimum 1-2 years in production or customer service
        1 years experience in inventory material management
    Computer literacy :
        Ms.OfficeExcel & Word, PowerPoint, Lotus Note & Internet will be anadvantage
    Language :
        Excellence communication skills in Bahasa and English written( oral & writen )
    Other qualification / skills
        Having logical thinking and high capability analytical skill.
        Having good communication & interpersonal skill.
        Good knowledge concrete raw material delivery for negotiate with customer
        Willing to work on shift system (3 shift)

        Having valid drive license

Job Role:

    Execute interconnection business with Operator (TELKOM Group) base on advance telecommunication knowledge. Comply to Business Agreement.
    To Control interconnection business (B2B) with main Other Licensed Operators in order to maintain achievement interconnection revenue, best structure cost.
    Propose business including analysis and advance negotiation capability to OLO in whole aspects of interconnection to maintain revenue or/and cost saving.
