Customer Service Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- To support customers by responding promptly to their needs or issues and liaise with internal departments to ensure the customers satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, any major with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Age 28-35 years old.
- Has 3 years experience as front liners and support customers directly.
- Have excellent communication skill, Good interpersonal skills and integrity.
- Able to create report, proposal and written communication letter.
- Fluent in spoken and written in English and Indonesia.
- Customer focus minded and able to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, performance-driven, team player and able to work with minimum supervision.
