General Affair Coordinator (Assistant Manager)

Responsibilities:
Assist
Personnel Manager by manage and improve activities of general affairs
section in order to achieve high quality of service, efficient service,
and effectively accomplishing the tasks, including: industrial relation,
company security, health insurance, transportation, canteen, gardening,
cleaning service, projects.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Industrial), Political Science, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Law or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sidoarjo.
- Preferably with strong experience in industrial relation area in East Java.
- Having strong personal Attributes as follow: Self Development, Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Adaptability, Tolerance to Stress.
- English proficiency is a must
