Requirements:

• On the last semester from reputable university majoring in Psychology/Administration/Management/Accounting/Communication/Public Relations/IT
• Have GPA minimum 2.75 out of 4.00
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications especially in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word. Microsoft Powerpoint
• Good working attitude and good interpersonal skill
• Able to work in a team as well as individually
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Willing to do internship for minimum 3 months

Siemens Real Estate Officer
Jakarta Raya - Pulomas

Responsibilities:

• Provide and support all services mainly in creating and maintaining the system work and working environment properly.
• Involve in safety & environmental program, emergency and safety equipment, and also maintenance WWT and waste involved process owner.
• Re-layout, renovation, plan, and historical drawing of working station.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree majoring Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have knowledge about building and its supporting, QHSE & QMS audit.
• Able to use Auto CAD min. version 2007.
• Understand ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, SMK3.
• Fluent in English, both oral & written.
