Recruitment Officer
Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan

Responsibilities:

• Post Job advertisements and job vacancies in the internet and all relevant media
• Sort candidates' CV from incoming mails
• Conduct psychological tests, scoring, and interview
• Make reports of selected candidates
• Responsible for sourcing methods (internal and eksternal methods

Requirements:

• Female, max. 27years old.
• Bachelor Degree of Psychology
• Experience in conducting psychological test and interview for at least 1 year
• Experience in recruitment process/sourcing candidates
• Having experience in Consultant/ Head Hunter/Outsourcing services is a plus
• Good communication, teamwork & interpersonal skills.
• High persistency and self driven towards result.
• Proficient in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.
• Can join immediately is preferable

Requirements :
