Sales Engineer - PT Wahana Sugih
Responsibilities
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Provide mineral processing solutions to customers to achieve the maximum sales profitability and growth within assigned territory and/ or market segment
Personally contacts and secures new business clients/ customers and maintain the existing clients/ customers
DETAILS OF FUNCTIONS:
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/ market segment to generate new business for the company products/ services
Provide accurate selection of vibrating equipment based on experience and application while adding value to existing operational processes.
Ensure continued update of sizing programs, conducting mill selection in accordance with enquiry specifications and meet performance guarantees.
Ensure accurate costing and realistic estimating on all tenders by support procurement in soliciting competitive prices and building supplier relationships.
Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential through secondary source that outlined in the Customer’s Qualification Form.
Provide complete and appropriate solution for every customer problems and complaints to achieve sales goal and maximize customer’s satisfactionby investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Help to enhance innovative ideas to improve company performance
Supplies the management with verbal and written reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities and potential for new product and services
Requirements
Degree from respectable university
Technical/engineering sales professional with a strong and technically focused sales background
Any experience in the discipline of separation or processing of minerals would be desired
Will be placed at Jakarta office.
Willing to travel around Indonesia
