Quantity Surveyor
Jakarta Raya - Kuningan Area

Responsibilities:
Analyze
drawing and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and
labor estimates for bidding contract. Consult with clients, vendors,
personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and
resolve issues. Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors
and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
Prepare actual quantity and cost verification with clients for project
progress and final account for billing purpose.
Requirements:
- Male/Female, below 28 years old;
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Interior Design with minimum 2 years working experience in the related field;
- Familiar with MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project;
- Hardworking and willing to work extended hours.
