1. OPERATION MANAGER / KTT (OM)
Requirements:
- 1. Age maximum 45 years old
- 2. Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
- 3. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology
- 4. Posses POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) certificate
- 5. Fluent in English both oral & written
- 6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- 7. Create Good Mining Practice
- 8. Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
- 9. Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
- 10. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
- 11. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
- 12. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
2. HEAD OF REPRESENTATIVE (HOR)
General Responsibilities:
- 1. Ensure HR initiatives, programs, and administration in the areas of personnel management and services, industrial relations, general affairs and compensation & benefit programs are implemented
- 2. Provide HR advice to line managers and management regarding HR policies and procedures to ensure the objectives of HR management are met
- 3. Ensure relations with Government / regulatory bodies are built and maintained
- 4. Ensure legal actions are secured properly through proper advice, administration process to meet company and legal requirements
- 5. Promote and participate in community programs, provide support on events and / or other activities aimed at developing good community and employee relations
Requirements:
- 1. Maximum 45 years old
- 2. Minimum a bachelor degree in Law or HR Management from reputable university
- 3. Possessing at least 8 (eight) years experience in Human Resource field, with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial position, preferably from mining industry
- 4. Experienced in recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefit, organizational development, payroll, and industrial relations
- 5. Deep understanding about man power regulation, especially in mining industry
- 6. Understand Collection and Treasury process is a must. Knowledge in Administration, Logistic, Procurement, ticketing, Information Technology is an advantage
- 7. Understand concept and strategy of branch operational and strong in financial aspects including internal control
- 8. Excellent in English, both written and oral
- 9. Computer-literate
- 10. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skill
- 11. A fast learner, self motivated attitude and able to work independently under pressure situation and tight timeline
- 12. Able to work under pressure and always seek best solution to solve problem

3. MINE PLAN ENGINEER (MPE)
Requirements:
- 1. Male, age maximum 35 years old
- 2. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
- 3. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company
- 4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities
- 5. Able to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
- 6. Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
- 7. Taking care of quality of mine product
- 8. Good understanding about HSE / K3
- 9. Fluent in English both oral & written
- 10. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- 11. Capable of operating mining software such as Minex, MineScape, AutoCAD, Carlson Mining)
- 12. Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities
- 13. Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest
- 14. To be located in remote area, with rotation schedule
4. GEOLOGIST (GEO)
Requirements:
- 1. Male, age maximum 35 years old
- 2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mineral exploration
- 3. Bachelor degree from faculty of Geology
- 4. Computer literate in using MS Office & Internet
- 5. Able to use mining software (Surfer, Surpac, Minescape, MapInfo, AutoCAD)
- 6. Able to make a progress repot of exploration
- 7. Able to identify surface structure, rock base and geological structure
- 8. Good physical health and able to work in a team
- 9. Well knowledge about safety procedure
- 10. To be located in remote area, with rotation schedule
5. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SUPERINTENDENT (CSR-SPT) / SUPERVISOR (CSR-SPV)
Requirements:
- 1. Male, age maximum 45 years old
- 2. Bachelor degree from faculty of social science, law or communication
- 3. Minimum 5 (five) years experience as CDO or CSR officer for Superintendent, and 3 (three) years experience for Supervisor
- 4. Computer literate in using MS Office & internet
- 5. Fluent in English both oral and written
- 6. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization as well as with people from various levels and villagers
- 7. Good relationship with community, government institution and non government institution (NGO)
- 8. Posses good concepts on community development, community empowerment and local business development program
- 9. Good interpersonal and organizational skill
- 10. To be located in Halmahera Island, with rotation schedule
6. EXPLORATION & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (EDM)
Requirements:
- 1. Age maximum 45 years old
- 2. Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
- 3. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology
- 4. Posses POU certificate
- 5. Fluent in English both oral & written, fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
- 6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- 7. Extensive experience in mineral exploration and mining geology
- 8. Able to develop and oversee a successful exploration program
- 9. Manage and control all exploration operation aspect, include technical & non technical to achieve project target
- 10. Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
- 11. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
- 12. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
7. DRILLING SUPERINTENDENT (DRILL-SPT)
Requirements:
- • Bachelor degree in Technical (S-1).
- • Having at least 10 (ten) years working experience in drilling with 5 (five) years in similar job.
- • Strong HSE background with safety leadership skills, coaching and mentoring skills, incident Investigation skills, knowledge of most common HSE tools and skills.
- • Strong in creating, enabling and managing relationships with the clients with full respect and trust to gain their continuous trust and credibility.
- • Good personal skills and ability to interact with all level within the organization Including the clients and key suppliers.
- • Excellent planning and coordination skills.
- • Strong computer and English literacy.
- • Have experiences in mining company will be an advantage.
8. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (PROD-SPV)
Requirements:
- 1. Max 40 years old
- 2. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / geology
- 3. Minimum 5 (five) years experience in mining company
- 4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities (heavy equipment, man power, etc)
- 5. Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
- 6. Good understanding about HSE / K3 procedures
- 7. Possessed POP certificate will be an advantage
- 8. Fluent in English both oral & written
- 9. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- 10. Leadership and people management skills with cross culture communication capabilities
- 11. Ability to motivate subordinates to achieve objectives of the department
9. LOGISTIC SUPERINTENDENT (LOG)
Requirements:
- 1. Maximum 40 years old
- 2. Minimum 5 (five) years experience in logistic field from mining or heavy equipment industry with minimum 3 (three) years experience in managerial level
- 3. Minimum Bachelor degree from related field, preferably form faculty of management, engineering or transportation
- 4. Fluent in English both oral & written. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
- 5. Computer Literate in using MS office and Internet
- 6. Posses good knowledge about supply chain management
- 7. Plan, organize and control logistics operations, including inbound / outbound logistics, inventory management, control warehouse and delivery to ensure cost effectiveness and on time delivery
- 8. Ensure optimum inventory level, high inventory record accuracy, and minimize product damage, loss, and waste
- 9. Experience in dealing, negotiating and managing third party logistic and distribution providers
10. LABORATORY & QUALITY CONTROL SUPERINTENDENT (LAB)
Requirements:
- 1. Maximum 35 years old
- 2. Bachelor degree from faculty of Chemistry
- 3. Minimum 5 (five) years experience from laboratory in mining company
- 4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all laboratory activities
- 5. Familiar with ICP instrument and International standardization of Elements Determination especially in mining material (ISO, ASTM, JIS, GB)
- 6. Familiar wit SOP, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, QC/QA procedures and work flow production process in mining company
- 7. Good knowledge in chemical process (solid catalyst, surfactants, interfacial tension) and instruments (GC-MS, XRD, XRF, ICP OES, ASS, UV-Visible Spectrophotometers, Leco, Eltra sulfur analyzer)
- 8. Fluent in English both oral & written
- 9. Computer Literate in using MS office and Internet
- 10. Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities
- 11. Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest
