24 / 7 Call Center Agent for Health Insurance hotline
As a call center agent you will be responsible for:
*Handling incoming/outgoing calls, notably answering phone calls from insured person
*Checking the validity of membership
*Identifying the level of coverage
*Identifying the request
*Processing the request
*Coordinating with the referral service in case of medical emergency
*Report any complaints from callers / clients
Requirements:
Education:
*University Graduate (D3 / S1 of any discipline will be an advantage)
Experience:
*Motivated junior welcome as we provide training
*Insurance and / or working call center experience background will be an advantage
Language:
*Perfect Bahasa Indonesia, in both spoken and written.
*Fluent spoken English is a must. Good written English is a plus.
Other:
*Female / Male
*Willing to work on a 24 / 7 rotating shift
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
*Computer literate
*Fast learner and able to work under pressure
*Able to Work as Individual as well as in a Team
*Customer and Services Oriented
*Positive and outgoing attitudes
