Training & Development Officer
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis and regular consultation with human resources departments
  
• Organize and developing training and development programmes based on both the organisation's and departement needs
  
• Producing training materials for in-house courses;
  
• Managing the delivery of training and development programmes and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the departement
  
• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions
  
• Evaluating training and development programmes;
  
• Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment

Requirements:

• Male/Female, Age 25-30 year
  
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent.
  
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  
• Preferably have experience specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in training & development.
  
• Full-Time positions available.
  
• Willing to work in Pluit (Jakarta Utara)
