Our MT Program consist of 2 years structural programs. This program is designed to develop talented university graduates to be our Future Leader.

- Fresh graduate, minimum Master Degree from reputable University with minimum GPA 3, any majors are welcome
- Excellent in English both oral and written
- Excellent in Computer Skill (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good analytical and management skill
- Can work in a team and also individual
- Willing to be placed in any department
- Willing to undergo a bond for 2 years after the program completion
