• Pendidikan S1 Psikologi (termasuk fresh graduate)
• Pengalaman Min. 1 Tahun dengan posisi yang sama di perusahaan pertambangan
• Mengerti tentang proses rekrutmen
• Mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa inggris (minimal pasif)
• Komunikatif, memiliki inisiatif, kreatif, responsibility
• Bersedia ditempatkan di kalimantan
