Responsibilities:

  • All aspects of Store operational: product selling, cashier, display, store cleanliness, etc
  • Maintain good relationship with external party such as customers, mall management, head office, etc
Requirements:

  • Male/Female
  • Age between 18 - 25 years old
  • Min. High school graduation
  • Min. 1 years experience in retail company is preferable. But fresh graduated are welcome to apply
  • Fluently in English (both oral and written) is an advantage
  • Posess good customer service, energetic and drive in achieving sales target

Cilacap Purchasing Superintendent
Cilacap (Jawa Tengah)

Responsibilities:
Scope of works:                  

As Purchasing Superintendent, the incumbent will be responsible to manage the systematic process of deciding what, when and how much to purchase and also to ensure that what is required by end user is received on time in the quality specified. The task will be covering, but not limited to:

    Negotiate and prepare series of options to purchase goods/ services at the best conditions with the aim reducing total Cost of Ownership
    Select the vendor, considering the end user recommendation and the vendor performance
    Execute a procurement process based on theprocurement policy and procedure
    Ensure that the purchasing KPI (key Performance Indicator) on the PO processing time and on time delivery are achieved and aligned with the procurement policy & procedure
    Develope and coach buyers and senior buyers through their individual development program

Requirements:

Education :

    Bachelor Degree from reputable university, degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical) is preferable

Experience :

    5 years holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company (with 2 years experience as supervisor)

Computer literacy :

    Microsoft office

Language :

    Good command in English oral and written

Other qualification / skills :

    Excellent in leadership and coaching skill
    Strong analytical and problem solving skill
    Excellent negotiation skill
    Good communication interpersonal skill
    Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
    Have good technical skill in cement industry is preferable
