2. ADMIN (ADM)

  • Female, max. 30 years old.

  • English and computer proficiency, especially word processing & spreadsheet.
  • Good at administrative job, cash handling experience preferable.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Sharp at checking transaction and attendance report, reconcile cash balances at day and month end.
  • Submit daily requests for cash reimbursement based on estimated cash outflow.
  • Identify possible fraudulent transactions by customers and staff.
  • Keep accurate records of cash received and paid as well as all Petty cash transactions.
  • Smart, self-motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure and commit to deadline.

3. AGRONOMIST (AGR)

  • Male / Female, max. 35 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree in Agriculture (Department of Plant Breeding / Seed Technology) from reputable University with min. GPA 3.00.
  • Good attitude, honest, hard worker, responsible, analytical, excellent team player and able to work base on target.
  • Strong background in breeding techniques, especially in chili peppers / paprika.
  • Strong analysis to identify and treat the symptoms of plant pests and diseases.
  • Capable to develop, manage, evaluate a farm system and R & D.
  • Know well about farming circle of process (from seeding to post-harvesting) and fertilizer formulation.


4. RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT (R&D)

  • Female, max. 30 years old.
  • Bachelor degree in Food Tech from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00.
  • Good Attitude, good leadership, problem solving, responsible and quick learner.
  • Experienced in R&D min. 2 years in food industries.
  • Qualified in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP, and HACCP.
  • Familiar to do chemical and microbiology analysis.
  • Know how to manage experiments, creative, innovative, and have strong analytical power.
  • English and computer proficiency, no color blind.
  • Able to work under pressure and based on target, excellent team work.


5. QA / QC ( QA )

  • Female, max. 30 years old.
  • Bachelor degree in Chemical or Food Tech from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00.
  • Good Attitude, good leadership, problem solving, responsible and analytical skill.
  • Experienced in QA / QC min. 2 years in food industries.
  • Qualified in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP, and HACCP.
  • Familiar with chemical & microbiological analysis, calibration, material characteristic.
  • Understand about production flow, tools and machinery.
  • English and computer proficiency, no color blind.
  • Able to work under pressure and based on target, excellent team work.


6. ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE (ENG)

  • Male, max. 35 years old.
  • Min. D3 in Electrical or Mechatronics from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00.
  • Good Attitude, team leadership, problem solving, responsible and analytical skill.
  • Skillful in maintenance and trouble shooting electrical and utility problem with experiences min. 2 years.
  • Experienced machinery automation (PLC, PID, pneumatic and hydraulic system, etc), min. 2 years.
  • Familiar with strong & weak current, electrical diagram, electronics circuit, panels control.
  • Able to develop and organize preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Understand about ISO 22000, GMP, dan HACCP.
  • Experienced in Food and Beverage Industry would be advantageous.
  • English and computer proficiency.

  • Willing to work shift.


7. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (PS)

  • Male, max. 35 years old.
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00.

  • Skillful in trouble shooting mechanical and electrical problem with experiences min. 2 years.
  • Understand about production flow, tools and machinery.
  • Experienced in Food and Beverage Industry would be a strong point.

8. MECHANIC AUTOMOTIVE & HEAVY VEHICLE (MAV)

  • Min. D3 automotive or mechanical from reputable University with min. GPA 3.00.
  • Good attitude, honest, hardworker, responsible, analytical, excellent team player and able to work under pressure.
  • Skillful in automotive mechanical and deep knowledge about heavy vehicle (truck, tractor, excavator, forklift, etc).
  • Capable in operating, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair heavy vehicle (truck, tractor, excavator, dozer, forklift, etc) and automotive with experiences min. 5 years.


9. HR Staff (HR)

  • Male / Female, max. 30 years old.
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology, Industrial Law or Human Resources Management from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00.
  • Good Attitude, problem solver, responsible, able to work under pressure, good analytical skills and team work.

Responsibilities:
Designing, implementing and supporting database services, and meet the defined service levels for the database and application services.
Provides third line support and actively assist the 1st and 2nd line support teams to ensure rapid resolution of all issues to maintain the availability and performance of services.
Investigate and diagnose complex problems, working with users, other staff and suppliers and provide an escalation point for service desk calls requiring specialist knowledge.
Maintains an awareness of all aspects of database performance and continuously looks for areas of improvement, and provide project resource for the installation of new products and services as required.
Regular reviews on new and ongoing issues and workloads with the DBA Team Leader, and backup for the DBA Team Leader in his/her absence.
Implementation and production of documentation for database services and subsequent changes/amendments to the infrastructure and proactively seeks to improve levels of service to our customers.


Requirements:

  • Sarjana S-1/ Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Has experience working as a SQL Server DBA covering versions 2000 and 2005 in a ITIL environment.
  • Experience working with Windows 2003 & 2008.
  • Strong technical understanding of Database Management Systems, and has worked on 24x7 systems and/or performance critical systems.
  • DBA certifications and experience working in a banking environment would be considered a plus.

  • Actively monitors all operation and supporting sub-systems of the Linux platform.

  • On the basis of new projects installs and configures necessary software and hardware.

Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • At least 3 years’ experience at relevant position
  • Preferable have good experience in Redhat enterprise server, Ubuntu, Centos and Windows platform
  • Good understanding of consumer finance services, processes and products
  • MS SQL database administration and Oracle database – basic knowledge
  • Virtualization technique (hyper-v, VMware…). VMware is preferred
  • Able to work in a team
  • Ability to work on several projects in parallel
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Fluent English required

    GENERAL
    • Report to Country Manager Indonesia and functionally to Regional Sales & Marketing Director.
    • Supervise Sales Coordinator.
    • Liaise with various functional groups in the region and other teams within the area.


    SALES & MARKETING
    • To be the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers on business development/sales and marketing activities in the geographic area of responsibilities particularly for the assigned portfolio.
    • Plan, execute and control sales & marketing activities for the assigned portfolio in accordance to the prevailing procedures including develop, maintain and improve strong business relationships with both existing and potential customers and actively develop and update the deliverables.

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    • Good knowledge of business development, marketing and sales.


    JOB QUALIFICATION
    • Graduated engineer or higher.

      SALES COORDINATOR

      Major responsibilities include Assisting Sales & Marketing Manager in Business Development, marketing and sales activities in country in accordance to the prevailing procedures including MBAP: McDermott Business Acquisition Processes.

      QUALIFICATIONS:
      • Candidate must have an Engineering Degree from recognized university.
      • At least 8 years or similar to experienced Project Engineer or Proposal Coordinator, preferably in offshore contractor.
      • An offshore EPCI project experience is of the advantages.
      • Good knowledge of project management, business development or sales.
      • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.

    Responsibilities:
    Pre-Construction Phase:
    1. Review the design and request the design contractor to clarify the design
    2. Review the constructability of the completed design and report it to the client
    3. Establish and prepare plans for commencing construction work
    4. Chair a pre-construction meeting


    Construction Phase:
    1. Establish document maintenance procedures
    2. Communicate and coordinate with the parties interested at every project stage
    3. Review the project master schedule and payment of the construction contractor
    4. Chair meeting for report of the project status
    5. Review the temporary works plan
    6. Review the contractor's proposals for design change
    7. Conduct cost management and update the actual cost
    8. Review construction method
    9. Consider up-to-date construction method for application
    10. Carry out a regular site inspection and supervision
    11. Monitor the contractor's quality and safety control system
    12. Review a delayed schedule or recovery contermeasures
    13. Review construction progress payments requested by contractors


    Acceptance phase:
    1. Prepare for the acceptance test on completion
    2. Review the construction work and test results
    3. Review as-built drawings
    4. Organize and transfer related documents
    5. Submit the final construction management report


    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Mechanical or Electrical
    • Having at least 12 years experience of mechanical / electrical construction work
    • Having at least 10 years experience of plant construction work of steel mill and chemical plant
    • Having at least 8 years of design consultant work of steel mill, chemical plan and building
    • Having basic knowledge of QC Inspection standard, procedure and applicable code
    • Having experience working with ISO 9001
    • Implementation well with regulation of EHS (Environment Health and Safety)
    • Capable to speak and written in English well

    Responsibilities:

    Executes Shell Downstream HSSE strategy driving the businesses towards Goal Zero performance.
    • Supports business the implementation of a single HSE Management System.
    • Execute HSE Audit and Assurance process.
    • Ensures aligned Group HSE standards implementation for all commercial organizations.
    • Coordinates commercial HSE management information reporting and analysis.
    • Support business to embeds Goal Zero and generative HSE culture as core values.
    • Network HSE best practice across Shell Downstream to ensure effective transfer of learning and improved processes.

    Requirements:

    • Degree or professional qualification in HSE discpline.

    Scheduling & Planing Advisor
    Responsibilities:

    To be part of the Shell Project Team under scheme fixed term employment for 2 years in Indonesia for the detailed engineering and construction of a Lubrication Oil Blending plant. To develop and maintain the detailed schedule of the Project including assessing the Critical Path and keeping close track of key activities throughout the entire Project Implementation period. Development of commissioning and testing schedules that will need to be integrated with the EPC contractors schedule.

    1. Part of the Front-end Engineering & Design (FEED) phase directly followed by the Execution phase of a Greenfield Lube Oil Blending Plant in Indonesia with 100kt production capacity.
    2. Project team involving 13 core team members and up to 500-600 site staff at the peak of construction activities.
    3. Recruitment of up to 150 permanent and contract staff for plant operations (at full ramp-up).


    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

    1. Ensure all activities are conducted and managed in accordance with agreed HSSE practices and procedures
    2. Develop Level 1,2 and 3 schedules as required for Detailed engineering and Execute phases of the project using Primavera package
    3. Create logical sequences of activities and produce a critical path schedule. Highlight to the project manager opportunities to optimise the schedule.
    4. Provide Planning and Scheduling input to Project Team meetings to raise awareness of issues affecting the achievement of schedule milestones
    5. Maintain and develop progress S-Curves and progress input into regular project status reports
    6. Perform Schedule Risk Analysis and identify mitigating actions
    7. Update the project schedule on an agreed basis,based on engineering,vendor and field progress
    8. Support project team in the development of various plan scenarios,schedules and resourcing implications.
    9. Review Contractor(s) (L2,L3 and L4) schedules and integrate these within the overall project schedule to maintain overall progress reporting
    10. Review Contractor execution schedule and seek clarity where required. Challenge priority setting and activity durations
    11. Develop the testing,commissioning schedules and lead the integration with the construction schedules.
    12. Develop and implement the ramp up production schedules


    Requirements:

    1. Minimum 3 years relevant experience including Planning and/or scheduling for a project >USD 50 million TIC
    2. Minimum Diploma degree in Engineering background
    3. Good in software Primavera 6
    4. Fluent in English and Indonesian
