Service Center Supervisor
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the implementation of operation plan in Acer Service
  • Center to be in line with SOP so as to achieve the agreed level of SLA andmCSI.
  • Follow up & provide the proposed recommendation to superior formdecision making process on each customer complaint in order to ensure themachievement of SLA and CSI
  • Coordinate & monitor customer service (front desk) team in order to provide excellence customer service & solution for walk in customer
  • Execute program in Acer Service Center (ASC) function of CSI, i.e. queuing system, uniform/groom, officer development program, good environment, etc., in order to increase level of Customer Satisfaction Index
  • Set up internal meeting for ASC team which related to Operation of ASC in order to achieve high performance of ASC Team.
  • Provide weekly report which including on case quantity (closed and waiting collection), customer trend, SLA and front desk, Warehouse Transit & Bench Repair team performance to be submitted to Superior.

    Requirements:

    • Min. Bachelor Degree in Information Management/Engineering/Science from reputable University
    • Maximum 32 years old
    • Minimum 5 years working experience in supervisory level
    • Experience in Service Center Operation in Electronic/Consumer
    • Electronics and IT Industries
    • Self motivation and initiative, combined with an analytical mind and logical/firm judgment

MATERIAL PLANNER
In this position, you will take challenge for the following accountabilities:
  • Monitoring the Cycle Count and Stock Count process in each Plant to ensure stock accuracy of packaging material
  • Analyzing the material stock for each plant in unit operation to ensure the Stock Availability or Inventory Days Coverage.
  • Producing and analyzing the Packaging Material Planning (rolling 13 weeks) from legacy system that will be generated as soon as the Master Production Schedule is finalized.
  • Conducting weekly review on Packaging Material Planning (rolling 13 weeks) in order to confirm and communicate material planning with Operation Planner to get the final requirement.
  • Conducting weekly review with relevant supplier to maintain the keep update the raw material forecast or requirement.
  • Monitoring the process of order fulfillment for all packaging material to measure supplier compliance with the criteria of delivering on time, in quality and quantity specification.
  • Producing reports packaging material needs of direct inputs to production in the short, medium and long term and at different scenarios demand.
    Accountable for the said imperative functions, ideally you should have the following qualifications:
  • Holding Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university, majoring Industrial Engineering, Statistic or Economy would be preferable
  • Having at least 2 years in FMCG experience in supply planning activities
  • Having experience with purchasing and goods receiving
  • Good understanding on key supply chain concepts, supply planning activities and on S&OP business processes Strong leadership skill, independent and highly motivated type of person
  • Possessing good communications skill both verbal and written in English and Bahasa, and able to deal effectively with different levels of staff up to and including Board of Directors

This incumbent is responsible for developing and executing internal & external promo communication (Point of Sales Materials : Banners, Flyers, T-shirt, etc.), manage production for any material required (in-house printing or order to supplier) and ensure delivery to user as per schedule, proactively develop plans for innovative design related to business needs, responsible for layouts for advertising, packaging, and in-store graphics, manage all the Art Studio assets and operating as per guidelines, support Marketing Service Team to made creative presentations, collaborate with Marketing Service Team to develop creative solutions, coordinate with Marketing Service Team on budgets, assist with coordinating workload of suppliers , take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedure, induction, training and work instruction are followed.   • Holding minimum Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Art & proficient with Adobe Creative Suite

  • Excellent understanding of the art design, and the use of software/ Adobe (Photoshop standard) skills as a tool in design production, including printing & scanning machines operating and Microsoft PowerPoint

Network Project Engineer
Central (Singapore)

Responsibilities:

Due to expansion and new project pipelines, there is a need for a project engineer to provide deployment services in the area of staging, design, and implementation of solutions including Cisco, Juniper, Brocade in complex situations. You will take ownership of the entire implementation stage, and be responsible to provide level 2/ 3 support for technical issues. Depending on the nature of the project and the project resources available, your responsibilities include liaising with the customers/ sales / pre-sales consultants in creating or elaborating high level, low level design documents, network topology diagrams etc. Ensure best practice is used in providing solutions to assigned projects and establishing knowledge management database for documentation purposes.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science / Engineering related
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent technical knowledge: Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert is mandatory for this position
  • Experienced in LAN/ WAN concepts and have hands-on work in Cisco, Juniper, Brocade, Riverbed, Silver Peak devices and solutions
  • Experienced in providing Level 2 or above solution resolution and escalation
  • Excellent English Communication skills and customer interfacing skills
  • Selected candidate will be based in our client's reqional HQ in Singapore

NPC currently has openings for a well experienced senior technician to assume responsibility for Electrical Installations of the Department.

NPC is aggressively developing a Sea Cucumber hatchery and grow out farm, and a 5,000 ton on land fish farm development. These developments will require constant maintenance of the installed electrical panels and wiring distribution, as well as the installation of new equipment and water distribution systems, related to expansion projects.

Supervisor - ELCETRICAL

Responsibilities:
The appointee is required to use his technical background to:


  • Ensure reliable and safe operation of all electrical installations
  • Undertake a regular inspection and maintenance schedule
  • Ensure smooth operation of all equipment and machinery for the operation
  • Ensure availability of current and updated of wiring diagrams for all electrical installations
  • Keep maintenance records and inspection certificates for all equipment in compliance with law and Health and Safety procedures.
  • Inspect works performed by outside contractors to ensure acceptability of completed work.
  • Prepare, enact and ensure adherence to SOP’s for his area of responsibility
  • Organize monthly inventory for equipment, spare parts & materials ensuring the continued availability of necessary spare parts, tools and materials
  • Supervise workers reporting to him and participate in Performance evaluations.
  • Assist the manager of maintenance & technical services in preparation of annual budgets
  • Ensure that bio-security procedures are followed and maintained
  • Maintain daily and monthly records and submit reports in a timely manner.
  • Undertake Hazard analysis to ensure all operations are conducted in a safeoperating environment.


Requirements:

  • Extensive technical experience in the area of discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience at a senior technical level
  • Extensive experience in electrical installation and distribution systems
  • Experience with managing small numbers of staff
  • Thorough knowledge of operational hazards and safety requirements
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to interpret and work from drawing plans and blueprints
  • Driving skills for motorcycle & car/truck with local license from country of origin


Particular consideration will be given to candidates who can work across disciplines (electrical, mechanical, refrigeration) and to candidates who have a experience in the marine sector.

Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah pertama kali didirikan di Semarang berdasarkan Surat Persetujuan Menteri Pemerintah Umum & Otonomi Daerah No. DU 57/1/35 tanggal 13 Maret 1963 dan ijin usaha dari Menteri Urusan Bank Sentral No. 4/Kep/MUBS/63 tanggal 14 Maret 1963 sebagai landasan operasional Jawa Tengah. Operasional pertama dimulai pada tanggal 6 April 1963 dengan menempati Gedung Bapindo, Jl. Pahlawan No. 3 Semarang sebagai Kantor Pusat.

Tujuan pendirian bank adalah untuk mengelola keuangan daerah yaitu sebagai pemegang Kas Daerah dan membantu meningkatkan ekonomi daerah dengan memberikan kredit kepada pengusaha kecil. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah merupakan Bank milik Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah bersama-sama dengan Pemerintah Kota/Kabupaten Se-Jawa Tengah. Bank yang sahamnya dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Provinsi dan Pemerintah Kabupaten / Kota se Jawa Tengah ini sempat mengalami beberapa kali perubahan bentuk badan usaha. Pada tahun 1969 melalui Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah No. 3 Tahun 1969, menetapkan Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah sebagai Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD). Kemudian melalui Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah No. 1 Tahun 1993, status badan usaha Bank berubah menjadi Perusahaan Daerah (Perusda).

Sampai akhirnya pada tahun 1999, berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah No. 6 tahun 1998 dan akte pendirian No. 1 tanggal 1 Mei 1999 dan disahkan berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia No. C2.8223.HT.01.01 tahun 1999 tanggal 15 Mei 1999, Bank kemudian berubah menjadi Perseroan Terbatas. Pada tanggal 7 Mei 1999, PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah mengikuti Program Rekapitalisasi Perbankan. Pada tanggal 7 Mei 2005, PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah menyelesaikan program rekapitalisasi, disertai pembelian kembali kepemilikan saham yang dimiliki Pemerintah Pusat oleh Pemerintahan Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan Kabupaten / Kota se Jawa Tengah.
