1. Key Users Manager
The Key Users Manager is the part of Themis team (SAP custom-made for Danone AQUA) who will lead the implementation of financial process in Themis, and also become the mediator between Themis project team and business people in which he/she has to be expert in FICO. The accountabilities will involve:

  • Provide information regarding specific ways of doing and validate appropriate solution
  • Bring real business knowledge and specifies them to the team
  • Help business to anticipate and adapt current processes and organization to fit with the process in Themis
  • Develop training materials
  • Maximize SAP usage
  • Act as Themis ambassador
  • Provide on field support and coach end users
  • Become the first level of Themis expertise in the CBU as well as contact for Themis user


Qualifications
The qualifications are:

  • Bachelor degree with Accounting background
  • Deep understanding of SAP (FI/CO) module level 1
  • Involvement in SAP implementation project as key user is mandatory
  • Preferably 5 years experience in the area of Finance and Accounting under SAP
  • Strong analytical skill and good English literacy
  • Good interpersonal skills, good leadership skills and willingness to travel



2. Business Solution Manager – SAP FICO Level 1
The Business Solution Manager – SAP FICO (Level 1) will through proactive leadership and management of IS objectives, strategy and execution ensure an optimal and sustainable IS service delivery, which meets or exceeds business expectations in all aspects of Danone’s businesses in Indonesia, for IS domain within DAN’IS Indonesia hub team, taking into account:

  • Application Management
  • Customer service excellence

  • Governance processes


Qualifications
The qualifications are:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree
  • Minimum 5 years work experience
  • 3 years working experience in related to exploitation of SAP FI & CO modules (level 1)


3. Business Solution Manager – SAP Operations

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Men; status has never been married and could not get married for education;
  • Graduated high school or vocational school science Electrical Installation Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Power Transmission and Distribution Electric Power Engineering;
  • Birth year 1991 or thereafter;
  • Minimum height 160 cm with weight propossional (maximum BMI 30);
  • Physically and mentally healthy;
  • Capable of not smoking in the Area / PLN working environment;
  • Not involved and never involved in crime (evidenced by SKCK of Police submitted at the time of interview);
  • Passed all stages of selection, which includes: Selection of Administrative, Academic Testing, Physical Testing, Psychotest, Interview, Health Test and Training Prajabatan;

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably come from residents in the working area of ??PT PLN (Persero), Central Java and Yogyakarta, and proven by identity cards.

  • Willing to follow Prajabatan education for a maximum of 12 months with a status as a student Prajabatan Training.
  • Where have passed Prajabatan Training, will be appointed as permanent employees and must undergo bond department for 5 (five) years since he was appointed as employees.
