1. Project Manager (PRM)


- Min.
Diploma degree with related experience
- Experience as Project Manager for 3-4 years
- Able to manage plant operational and production
- Understand about HSE Management system
- Certified POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya)
- Good adaptability and highly self-motivated
- Posses strong leadership skill and able to lead the team
- Good communication skill (verbal & written) in English

2. Technical Services Superintendent (TSE)


- Min. Bachelor degree in Mining / Civil / Geology

- Have POP certification
- Understand short-term mine planning and scheduling, geotechnical analysis, pit design, and mine dewatering
- Able to operate minescape mining software. Proficiency on using XPAC is an advantage.

3. Mining Superintendent (MST)


- Min. Diploma degree

- Experience as Mining Superintendent for 3-4 years
- Have the POP certification and other related work licenses
- Able to implement HSE system
- Monitor and supervise mining operation process (land clearing, coal mining, overburden removal, dumping, spreading, stock piling)
- Good adaptability and highly self-motivated
- Posses strong leadership skill and able to lead the team
- Good communication skill (verbal & written) in English

4. Mining Supervisor (MSV)


- Min. Diploma degree or Senior High School with extensive experience

- Familiar with heavy equipment
- Have the POP certification and other related work licenses
- Able to operate supporting system and understand related rules and regulations.
- Able to supervise the mining operation process (land clearing, coal mining, overburden removal, dumping, spreading, stock piling)

5. Pump Foreman (PPF)


- Min. Diploma Degree with extensive experience

- Able to supervise subordinates
- Good communication and willing to work hard.

6. Drill & Blast Foreman (DBF)


- At least 2 years of working experience as foreman in Drilling & Blasting activities.

- Understand about drill & blast mining activities
- Fully understand the function and able to operate drilling equipment.
- Able to supervise subordinates
- Good communication and willing to work hard.

7. Engineer (ENG)


- Degree in engineering

- Strong ability in analyzing production process including all related equipment
- Familiar with mine planning and scheduling, geotechnical analysis, pit design, and mine dewatering
- Able to operate minescape and XPAC mining software

8. Procurement (MK-PRO)


Procurement will be handle quarry mining in Bangka though will be placed in Head Office (Jakarta)

- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Posses 2 years experience as procurement in mining industry (preferably quarry mining)
- Able to work under pressure, tight schedule, independently and in a team
- Pleasant personality and good communication skill
- Has a strong negotiation skill, analytical thinking and problem solving
- Proficient in English and able to operate windows application
- Willing to travel

9. Finance, Accounting and Tax (MK-FAT)


Finance, Accounting and Tax Supervisor will be handle quarry mining in Bangka though will be located in Head Office, Jakarta

- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 2 years related working experience with supervisory exposure in mining industry (preferably quarry mining)
- Proficient in English and Computer literate, especially in MS Office applications
- Self-organized and works well under pressure
- Proactive with sense of urgency
- Good oral and written communication

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
