PGA Ast Manager

Requirements :

• Male
  
• S1 from Law, Management
  
• 30 - 40 years old
  
• Having min 5 years experience with the last position as PGA Ast Manager / Supervisor with min 500 employees in manufacture
  
• Familiar in handling HRD functions such as performance evaluation, training, promotion, and personnel functions such as labor union, government body, absenteeism etc.
  
• Good comprehension of labor law and familiar with employement conditions in Tangerang and Jakarta
  
• Willing to be based nationally and globally in Tangerang and Jakarta
