PT Nusabest Solution is an information technology company, privately funded by its founders from reputable USA University alumni. PT Nusabest Solution has 2 divisions: 1) software reselling support & development and 2) internet e-commerce.

The vision of our internet e-commerce platform (named: ‘Kleepon’) is to utilize information technology as a powerful marketing/sales tool. By integrating online platforms, telecommunication infrastructure, and social networking, Kleepon platform will help merchants and stores to more effectively target, offer, track and measure marketing campaigns for their products/services through deals and discounts.

PT Nusabest Solution is currently looking to fill several positions in Jakarta as part of its e-commerce business development road map in the year 2011. We plan to expand to other cities such as Surabaya, Medan, and Denpasar in very near future.

Customer Service Administrator

NUMBER OF POSITIONS AVAILABLE: 1 (one) as permanent (full-time) employee.

START DATE:

• No later than 24 Maret 2011.

ROLE:

• Respond to vendors/customer inquiries and ensure that any problems they are experiencing are resolved via phone, fax, and emails
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for online transactions and other operational needs
• Maintain good relationship with vendors and assist them with account setup, content publishing, and status report/analysis using our e-commerce platform

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High-school diploma or higher
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with other technology, such as email, fax, facebook, and twitter
• Good written English skills
• Excellent phone skills and patient when dealing with customers
• Outgoing, highly motivated, and honest
• Ability to learn fast and work independently to meet deadlines
• Previous customer service or admin experience is a plus
• Photoshop skills is a plus

SALARY AND BENEFITS
Commensurate with experience and skill sets. Typical benefits include regular base salary, THR (Tunjangan Hari Raya), Health Insurance, Paid Holidays and potential annual bonus.
