Personnel and General Affair Coordinator (PGAC)

Job Description

• Plan and control personnel and general affair activities, and doing operational function of legal and industrial relation in order to achieve company’s objectives

Job Qualification

• Male, 30 - 35 years old
  
• Bachelor Degree in Psychology/ Law/ Management/ Industrial Engineering
  
• Having 3 - 4 years experiences at supervisory level in food manufacturing industry
  
• Having experiences in recruiting employees and dealing with labor providers
  
• Having experiences in doing general affairs, legal, and industrial relation function
  
• Competent in giving basic human resource-related trainings
  
• Having excellent understanding about government laws and regulations
  
• Strong leadership, strategic-minded, and excellent negotiation & communication skills
  
• Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo – East Java
