1. Customer Service (code : PFS-11) (Jakarta)
Responsibility:

  • The jobholder is responsible to be the first point of contact for walk in customer and provide service assistance in adherence with HSBC policy and procedure.


Requirements:

  • Hold minimum Bachelor or Master's degree from a reputable university
  • Has minimum 1 year relevant experience will be advantage
  • Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required. Conversant in Mandarin language would be an advantage
  • Must have commercial acumen and personal credibility
  • Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
  • Has a strong drive to succeed
  • Demonstrate high degree of integrity

2. TELLER (Code: TLR PFS - 11) (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

  • The jobholder will have a responsibility to process over-the-counter transactions, such as Foreign Currencies and Local Currency’s cash withdrawal or deposit, Demand Draft, Travellers Cheques, and Transfers. These one-stop transactions are the Bank service standard, hospitality and professional services to customers.


Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor degree from a reputable university
  • A fresh graduate is welcome to explore this opportunity
  • Has knowledge and experiences on over-the-counter transactions will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office)

3. Staff Resourcing - (Code: JS STF RSC - SUP 11) - Jakarta
Responsibility

  • The job holder is responsible to execute recruiting plans and to perform full life cycle recruitment process and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates. Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily recruitment matters to ensure sufficient application letters and qualified candidates.


Requirements

  • Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable universities.
  • Minimum year of HR experienced is required. HR experienced from banking or financial institution will be advantage.
  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
  • Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits and career firs.
  • Has proficient in English, computer literate, pleasant personality, able to work with team, demonstrate a high degree of credibility and integrity.
