For our Certification Business Unit, we are looking for the following position urgently:
Scheduler / Senior Admin
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
To ensure that scheduling of Certification activities, such as auditing activities, training (in house and public training), meetings, employee’s training are optimized.
 
To inform and coordinate audit schedule and audit program to client, auditor and associate and maintain the relationship and continuously improve the processes.
 
Responsible for logistics arrangement including but not limited to: audit package, ticketing, accommodation and transportation 
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, in engineering background.
Excellent communication skills as well as dynamic and motivated
Having knowledge in Management System Certification / ISO
Having experienced to work as scheduler for any field is an advantage
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
