JOB VACANCY LOWONGAN KERJA RECEPTIONIST / CUSTOMER SERVICE


We are Islamic Microfinance Institution looking for best candidates with “passion” on micro and small entrepreneur business development for the following positions:


RECEPTIONIST / CUSTOMER SERVICE


Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that municipal services are provided in an effective and efficient manner, receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages. Pick up and deliver the mail



  • Open and date stamp all general correspondence
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference
  • Make preparations for committee meetings
  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support
  • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
  • Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Responsibility overall management of the general section and other interim affairs.
  • Good personality
  • Responsibility to Adm & Operation Section Chief



Qualification :


  • Female, Max. 27 years old,
  • Bachelor degree from in any field
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in funding and/or investment or financing or Operational and Administrat
