Staff Organizational Development
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the development of HR policies and procedures
  
• Assisting in the development of standard operating procedure
  
• Assisting in the development of job description and specification
  
• Assisting in the implementation of talent development and succession planning

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Psychology or equivalent with GPA 2.8 from reputable university
  
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Organization Development) is required for this position
