A newly established company, PT Home Credit Indonesia, which is a joint venture between one of the leading emerging market consumer finance company and one of the most dynamic and respected retail chain in Indonesia is looking for candidates. Together, the new consumer finance company intends to challenge the existing consumer finance market in Indonesia by introducing exciting and innovative products, with the intention of creating a different experience for both the customers and our retail partners.

We are looking for self-starters and ambitious candidates who are not afraid of taking direct ownership, from start to finish and talented, enthusiastic and loyal employees for various positions within organizational structure as:

IT Back Office Administrator (Linux Administrator)
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

  • Actively monitors all operation and supporting sub-systems of the Linux platform.
  • Prepare unified image of OS and prepare infrastructure and systems to be able to deploy this image easily
  • On the basis of new projects installs and configures necessary software and hardware.
  • Addresses tasks assigned via the requirement administration system.
  • Assigns access rights to for individual users according to management requirements in accordance with security guidelines.
  • Performs changes in installations, configuration and access rights as per justified requirements from server users.
  • Implements new changes in the system and networks infrastructure on the basis of changes in applications.
  • Implements changes, updates in operation systems and applications only after their proper testing
  • Reviews the use of hardware, system and disc capacity.
  • Participates in the proposal and planning of new means procurement.
  • Addresses service interventions in operation systems according to Helpdesk, end users requirements or cooperates with other specialists in operation or development departments.


Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • At least 3 years’ experience at relevant position
  • Preferable have good experience in Redhat enterprise server, Ubuntu, Centos and Windows platform
  • Good understanding of consumer finance services, processes and products
  • MS SQL database administration and Oracle database – basic knowledge
  • Virtualization technique (hyper-v, VMware…). VMware is preferred
  • Able to work in a team
  • Ability to work on several projects in parallel
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Fluent English required
