Responsibilities:
- MIT (Manager in Training) is an intensive Training program designed to provide knowledge, skill and attitude required to be future Leaders of PT Electronic City Indonesia and to be placed at one of PT Electronic City branches all over Indonesia.
Requirements:
- Young and energetic, graduated from S1 with a minimum GPA of 3,00
- Male or Female, age not over than 27 years old
- Willing to be trained in an intensive training
- Willing to be placed at one of our branches all over Indonesia
- Able to lead a team and cooporate in a team
- Posses good communication skill and presentation skill
- Love new challanges
- Excellent in leadership skill and interpersonal & communication skill as well
- Strong Initiative and Motivation
- English proficiency both oral and written is a must and other language is beneficial
- Good computer literacy
