Call Center - Telemarketing
IDR 1500000 - 4000000 1.500.000 (+Bonus)
Bandung (Jawa Barat) - Riau - Dago, Bandung

Responsibilities:

* 80% in the office. 20% mobile work.
* 1. Handling customers needs at Call Center (including complains)
* 2. Offering customers the best possible accommodation according to their budget, availability, number of people.
* 3. To be active & searching for new customers using social media marketing and others
* 4. Knowing & learning about target marketing
* 5. Discussing creative ideas for promotion
* 6. Ready for teamwork
* 7. Searching for partnership (eg: travel agent, etc)
* 8. Ready for Shift work

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Personal Services, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Tweet Deck, Facebook, Blog.
* Preferred skill(s): SEO, Wordpress, PHP.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent. Job role in Telesales Executive/Account Manager or Sales Support Coordinator.
* 7 Full-Time and Contract position available.
