Area Sales Manager (ASM-Medan)
Medan (Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:

Key Objectives:

To coordinate and monitor the availability of products (Noodles and Beverages) in General Trade sales market and Horeka (Hotel, Restaurant and Cafeteria) in Sumatra Area, in order to ensure achievement of sales targets

 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to achieving the sales target
• Distribution Channel Development
• Marketing and Promotion Program Discussion to achieve the maximum sales target
• Pricing Strategy and Sales monitoring
• Analyzing Customer & Competitor profiles
• Analyzing Market Competitiveness
• Monitoring and Controlling Performance of Sales Area

Requirements:

• Male, preferred age 28 - 35 years old
• Min. S1 from any discipline
• Minimum 6 years related experience required in Sales area and Foods & Beverages Company is a must
• Have outstanding leadership abilities; can inspire and motivate
• Excellent organizational, communications & presentation skills
• Excellent communication in English both written & spoken
