Recruitment Department Head
- Manpower analyzing & planning exercise for each financial year including yearly budgetting
- Accomplishment of head office/stores manpower need within the time limit set
- Increase the standardization of human resources on new recruits
- Develop recruitment advertisement concept and corporate format
- Create advertisement copy & explore recruitment sources
- Analyzing psychological test & interviews result for all positions up to managerial level
- Verify appointment letters/work contracts & prepare job descriptions
- Supervise recruitment officer in order to meet manpower fulfillment deadline
- Liaise with all divisions on employment terms & pre-employment formalities
- FEMALE with max age of 30 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): psychological tools, profiling, interviewing, recruitment and placement, recruitment and selection for all positions up to managerial level both for Head Office & Stores.
- Required language(s): English; Mandarin will be an advantages.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the same position at retail fashion related-industry is required for this position.
- Excellent leadership, analytical & supervisory skills.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Recruitment & Selection or equivalent.
- Willing to travel if required.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
