 Responsibilities

  • Preparing and managing reports, correspondence and document
  • Manage meetings, appointments, schedules, travel arrangement and accommodation
  • Carry out administrative secretarial duties, especially those that are complex and confidential

Requirements


  • Female
  • Maximum age 30 year old
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any related field
  • Must be excellent in English communication, both spoken and written
  • With experience (5 years) as Secretary or related experiences
  • Having initiative, flexible, adaptable, independent and attention to details
  • Has strong interpersonal skills, creative, communicate clearly and confidently
  • Good ability and multi-tasking
