Production Superintendent
(Kalimantan Timur – Berau)

Requirements:

• Male, age max. 40 years old.
  
• Bachelor degree of mining faculty from reputable university.
  
• Minimum 7 years experience in open-cut mining and or similar role.
  
• Familiar to set-up mine operation (fleet setting, unit operational, facility, equipment, man power in coal mining).
  
• Familiar to make production planning and review daily.
  
• Know to use mining software will be advantage.
  
• Proven experience up to supervisory/superintendent level with mining contractors.
  
• Good communication skill, written & verbal in English and Indonesian.
  
• Minimum possess POP certificate.
  
• Be efficient, honest, team player, with analytical skills, attention to detail and quality and be persistent and system oriented.
  
• Health, good performance and able work under pressure.
  
• To be located in Berau and roaster schedule.
