HR Manager (HRM)

Requirement :

• Male/Female ,age not more than 40 years old
  
• Indonesian Citizen, preferably living in Bali
  
• Strong leadership
  
• Honest, Have Positive Attitude, Self Confidence and Good Personality
  
• Preferably graduated from a reputable university, majoring in Psychology / Law
  
• Has proven working experience in Human Resources Department
  
• Excellent knowledge in recruitment, payroll, performance appraisal, Industrial relation & Indonesia Labor law
  
• Having knowledge in general affair matters such as company legal documents, expatriate working permit, etc
  
• Experience in training design & analysis is an advantage
  
• Good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia & English
  
• Good computer literacy (Ms Excel, Word, Outlook)
  
• Able to work under pressure and in tight deadline
  
• Able to work independently and good team player
