FRONT DESK

If you meet the qualifications below:

1. Male, age between 20 to 35 years old.
   
2. Diploma Graduated (D1-D3), majoring Hotel & Tourism & related background.
   
3. Domicile or willing to be placed in Sentul Bogor, West Java.
   
4. Experienced in working for seniors is an added value.
   
5. Detail oriented, friendly & have a positive attitude.
   
6. Ability to read, write, speak & comprehend English well.
   
7. Demonstrates excellent skills to complete a wide range of hospitality & convenience services to customers.
   
8. Displays excellent customer services, collaborates with the sales & marketing to complete all required paperwork upon customers’ move-in & administrative paperwork skills.
   
9. Displays excellent customer service, e.g. demonstrates positive, empathetic manner with customers. Identifies & responds to the customer’s needs in an appropriate manner.
   
10. Displays excellent skills to work closely with the community bookkeeper to insure accurate billing.
    
11. Oversees well being of the building & its operation during the night shift, e.g. keeps front desk & lobby areas vacuumed & dusted;monitors the emergency call system; ensures appropriate response to all emergencies & ensures that all outside doors are securely locked.
    
12. Displays professionalism to represent the company to the general public, maintain company standards related to attendance, punctuality & dress code.
    
13. Works both independently & collaboratively.
    
14. Having current CPR skill & certification will be an advantage.
