IT HR Coordinator
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

General Qualification

• Working experience at least 3 years in HR Department will be most considered
  
• Minimum S1 from any major, in IT prefered
  
• Honest and dependable,
  
• Preferably Female

Excellent Interpersonal Skill

• Good communication skill both in Indonesia and English
  
• Good negotiation and problem solving skill
  
• Experienced in client handling and collaboration
  
• Very high attention into details
  
• Able to work in a team, under pressure and tight deadline

Technical Skill

• Having basic knowledge in IT will be preferred
  
• Computer literated (Microsoft office suite: Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)
  
• Supports the preparation of reports to client (Monthly Executive Reports and Quarterly Reports)
  
• Experience in creating reports and administrative documents related to HR
  
• Deep understanding in designing formats for all documents to create master document templates
  
• Ability to keep track of documents as well as document versioning
