B Channel, a new television company based in Jakarta, currently looking for suitable candidates to fill the vacant position of :

Training Staff
(Jakarta Raya)



Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conducting Training Need Analysis based on competency
  
• Create Training Module and conducting Training Evaluation & Effectiveness
  
• Prepare and maintaining all training cycle & process including training materials and equipment
  
• To undertake other related jobs as directed by the Superior from time to time

Requirements:

• Male or Female, Minimum 23 years old.
  
• Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Bachelor Degree in Psychology or equivalent from distinguished university, with GPA not less than 3.00.
  
• Minimum 2 years experiences in Training Area.
  
• Have capability and experience as trainer or training facilitator.
  
• Having experiences in Media or Broadcast Industry is an advantage.
  
• Able to work under pressure, have competitive spirit, and have an optimistic attitude.
  
• Good Interpersonal & communication skill.
  
• Fluency in English both oral & written.
  
• Computer literature (min MS Office).
