Customer Service Supervisor-JS
Jakarta Barat (Jakarta Raya) - Kedoya

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers enquiries & requests
• Supervises a staff of customer service representatives and ensures customers are satisfied.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Advertising/Media, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kedoya.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Full-Time and Contract position available.
