Responsibilities:
- To assist tenants/contractors for checking proposed design & giving information about rules & regulation
- Supporting Supervisor to supervise tenants fit out process
- Processing working permit as procedure
Requirements:
- Male/Female, max. 28 years of age
- Bachelor Degree, major in Architect / Design / Civil
- Min 2 year experience on the same / related position
- Capable in design and building constructions
- Good communication, honest, hard worker & able to work under pressure
- Good command in English, written & oral is a must
- Computer literate (MS.Office, AutoCAD, 3D Design,Photoshop, etc)
