Food Junction Group is one of the pioneers in food court operations and management in Singapore.  Founded in 1993 and publicly listed in 2001, the Group has a vast collection of food courts and restaurants in the Asia-Pacific region.  Our group is now inviting suitably candidate to join our subsidiary company in Indonesia as:
HR / ADMIN OFFICER

Responsibilities:

   * Perform monthly payroll
   * Assist in recruitment of contract staff
   * Prepare employment contracts and correspondences
   * Administer and update leave application and staff duty roster
   * Maintain staff personnel files
   * Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to
   * Other administrative duties as and when required

 Requirements:

   * Possess a good professional qualification in Human Resource
   * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
   * Good knowledge of local employment and labour laws
   * A team player with excellent interpersonal skills & positive working attitude
   * Self motivated individual who can work independently and under pressure
   * Diplomatic with sense of urgency and initiative
   * A hand-on person with keen eye for details
   * Meticulous and well organized
   * Able to multi-task, ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines
   * Must be able to speak and write English
   * Contract basis (renewable)
