Research Analysts & Research Associates
Across Singapore

Responsibilities:

Singapore is our regional hub and in line with our growth, we are searching for dynamic Research Analyst and/or Research Associates who will help us executive the various assignments.  

 

Responsibilities will include the following:

• Generating a potential candidate list, talking to prospective sources and prospects and developing comparative industry knowledge
• Cold Calling and name generation for several senior roles for various industry; you are expected to specialize in 2 different industries.
• Conducting market research on prospective client’s organization, potential target companies
• Initiating calls and screening potential candidates for respective job opportunities
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients when necessary
• Constantly updating the candidate database and maintaining correct information

 

 

Requirements:

To qualify for the role, you must meet the following criteria below:

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Researcher in a search firm or Talent Acquisition or Sourcing role with a corporate organization
• Experience in executing cross-border searches within the Asia Pacific region in different industries such as Life Sciences, Consumer, Industrial, Manufacturing, IT & Telecommunications
• Able to travel and work on multiple assignments
• Inquisitive, Detailed and result-oriented with a good customer service attitude 
• Fluency in English and another Asian Language is required (due to the regional coverage of the role)
