Responsibilities:
Job Description
 
Interact with LivingSocial Customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services, and provide the highest quality of service and care.
 
Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent customer services to all LivingSocial customers and merchants
  • Answering all inbound calls and making outbound calls
  • Responding promptly to Help Desk Inbox emails in a timely fashion and to provide accurate solutions for LivingSocial customers
  • Responding promptly to social media enquiries
  • Taking ownership, handling and resolving customer complaints
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, comments and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating  with internal departments
  • Communicating ideas and helping find solutions for departmental issues
  • Managing administration duties
Requirements:
  • At least 1- 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field and expertise
  • Availability to work before and after business hours including weekend shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience working in a time sensitive high tempo environment
  • Excellent follow through, attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
